Since January 2017, Google Chrome has flagged all HTTP websites with password or credit card fields as “not secure” and the “https” as “Secure.”
As of October 2017, Google Chrome is showing the “not secure” warning when any kind of data is entered into a HTTP page, and when a HTTP page is visited in incognito mode.
Starting soon, Google Chrome will mark all HTTP pages with the “not secure” warning.
